By installing or using Neatlink, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Neatlink.
Neatlink is a bookmark management browser extension with optional Cloud Sync via your own Google Drive account and optional collection sharing. It is available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera, Vivaldi, and other Chromium-based browsers, as well as a macOS companion app.
You own your data. We do not claim any rights to your bookmarks, folders, or content. See our for details on how data is handled.
By using the shared collections feature, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and transmit your shared collection data through our infrastructure solely for the purpose of making it available via the share link. This license terminates when the shared collection is deleted or expires.
Neatlink, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of its developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Neatlink for personal or bookmark management purposes.
Do not use Neatlink to store or share illegal content, malware links, or content that violates others' rights. We reserve the right to delete shared collections that violate this policy.
Cloud Sync requires a Google account. Your use of Google Drive is subject to Google's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Google's service availability or changes to their APIs.
Neatlink's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Shared collections are accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for the content you share. Collections expire automatically after a fixed period (currently 30 days).
You must be at least 13 years old to use Neatlink. If you are under 13, do not install or use Neatlink.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Neatlink's developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your shared content, or your violation of these terms.
Neatlink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Neatlink.
We may suspend or terminate access to shared collection hosting at any time. You may stop using Neatlink at any time by uninstalling the extension. Your local data and Google Drive data remain yours regardless.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
